Account

Create an account with Razzall™, load funds using any major credit card to your Razzall™ wallet, purchase as many or as few Razz™ spots as you would like.

Log into your account and navigate to the "My Razzes" tab, you will see items that you have purchased.

Buying & Selling

A Razz™ is a listing of a product that can be purchased via Buy It Now or Crowd Purchase™.

Should a Razz not fill up before expiry all the funds for any spots purchased will be refunded to your Razzall™ wallet.

Razzall™ uses Random.org to determine the selected purchaser. Random.org is an industry leader in randomization using a unique methodology of number generation.

Razzall™ guarantees that all items are authentic, should you have any doubts or need assistance kindly fill out the support form and we will help you out.

You can list almost anything on Razzall™ as long as it does not violate our terms and conditions.

Currently Razz™ listings have a maximum of 90 days expiry. If you feel you need to extend this please contact our support team and they will be glad to help.

Razzall™ guarantees verified sellers. If the item has an issue we guarantee it 100% after we conduct a dispute resolution. Since we are a marketplace where anyone can buy and sell we do our best to vet sellers, but can only put our assurance on Verified Sellers. People can work towards verified seller status by being in good standing and once buyers rate them.

Congratulations! The seller will be notified and will provide you with a tracking number for your item.

Charges & Refunds

All transactions on Razzall™ are transacted in CAD (Canadian Dollars).

Wire withdrawals generally take 4–5 business days to appear in your account, cheques sent via mail can take up to 10 business days.

When using your credit card to load your wallet you will see the statement charge as: STRIPE *RAZZALL INC.

Shipping & Billing

Please ensure that you ship any sold items with an insured and trackable carrier.

Razzall only accepts carriers that provide a tracking number.
