Measures 23 1/2" x 25 1/2" with “Tribute” in the center of the lower margin and the names of deceased HOFers coach George “Punch” Imlach, Tim Horton and Terry Sawchuk below it within a centennial Maple Leaf.

Signed in pencil by 19 members of the 1967 Maple Leafs including the late Allan Stanley and fellow HOFers Mahovlich, Pronovost, Pulford, Bower, Armstrong, Keon and Kelly, as well as Stemkowski, Marcetta, Hillman, Pappin, Ellis, Shack, Baun, Conacher, Jeffrey, Erickson and Walton, who has signed simply “Shakey”, his nickname.

Limited edition low number “60/967” is handwritten in pencil on the left side of the lower margin.
