What is a Razz™?

A Razz™ is a listing of a product that can be purchased via Buy It Now or Crowd Purchase™.

How do I participate in a Razz™?

Create an account with Razzall™, load funds using any major credit card to your Razzall™ wallet, purchase as many or as few Razz™ spots as you would like.

What happens if all the spots in a Razz™ do not fill up?

Should a Razz not fill up before expiry all the funds for any spots purchased will be refunded to your Razzall™ wallet.

How is the crowd purchaser determined?

Razzall™ uses Random.org to determine the selected purchaser. Random.org is an industry leader in randomization using a unique methodology of number generation.

Razzall™ guarantees that all items are authentic, should you have any doubts or need assistance kindly fill out the support form below and we will help you out.

Can I list anything on Razzall™?

You can list almost anything on Razzall™ as long as it does not violate our terms and conditions. You can read the terms and conditions of using Razzall™ by clicking here.

How long does a listing last?

Currently Razz™ listing have a maximum of 90 days expiry. If you feel you need to extend this please contact our support team and they will be glad to help.

What’s the difference between an approved seller and just a regular seller?

Razzall™ guarantees verified sellers. if the item has an issue we guarantee it 100% after we conduct a dispute resolution. Since we are a market place where anyone can buy and sell we do our best to vet sellers, but can only put our assurance on Verified Seller. People can work towards verified seller status by being in good standing and once buyers rate them.

I was the selected purchaser in a Razz™ what’s next?

Congratulations! The seller will be notified and will provide you with a tracking number for your item.

Where do I see items that I have bought?

Log into your account and navigate to the “My Razzes” tab, you will see items that you have purchased.

How do I request a refund for a spot that I purchased?

Kindly fill out a support ticket with the form below and a support team representative will contact you.

What currency am I charged in when loading and unloading my Razzall™ wallet?

All transactions on Razzall™ are transacted in USD.

How long does it take to recieve my withdrawn funds?

Wire withrdawls generally take 4-5 business days to appear in your account, cheques sent via mail can take up to 10 business days.

How do I ship an item I have sold?

Please ensure that you ship any sold items with an insured and trackable carrier.

Are there any carriers that Razzall does not accept?

Razzall only accepts carriers that provide a tracking number.

How will the charge appear on my credit card statement?

When using your credit card to load your wallet you will see the statement charge as: STRIPE *RAZZALL INC.
